Renée enrolled in the CLI Bible studies around the time COVID was shutting everything down. She has faithfully been completing lessons since then and has almost completed the second course on Christian Leadership! Because she recently transferred to another facility, Renée sent us her new contact information so that she wouldn’t miss a beat! Along with this update, she also shared an inspiring story of God working in her life. She wrote:
“Since doing these Bible studies and getting closer to God, I’ve been showered with so many blessings! One blessing is that I have been reunited with my children after 20 years! They were adopted by another family 20 years ago, but on January 26, 2021, they found me! We have stayed in touch ever since. Look at God! My children and I talk every weekend, and they write to me all the time. God is so wonderful. I never stopped praying for those 20 years, and it’s like I just knew we would be reunited!”
We are celebrating God’s grace in bringing this family back together. Renée looks forward to continuing our Bible studies even after she is released in 2022, and we are happy to continue facilitating her spiritual growth.
